Since ocular health is a priority, our conditions meet the necessary requirements to offer products in total compliance. When you shop at DOYLE.CA, you have the certainty that all our products are original and sold by opticians and optometrists. Our customers on the Web benefit from the same privileges to have their products adjusted or repaired at their convenience!

Return Policy
Frames and sunglasses 
1- We accept frames and sunglasses returned for exchange within 30 days of delivery. Frames must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. Loss and damages on products returned are at the customer's risk.
 
2- Once we receive your product we will promptly exchange it with your preferred choice.  (Shipping charges will apply).
 
3- A maximum of 1 exchange is possible.
 
Contact lenses
1- Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any unopened boxes or vials that are in original condition and purchased from DOYLE.CA for refund. Boxes must be sealed, without marks of writing or any other damages.
 
2- It is possible to get an exchange over 30 days, under certain conditions. Please contact us for a return authorization. If your return is approved, you will receive a gift card of the appropriatie value.
 
3- Once we receive your unopened boxes or vials, we will proceed with the exchange of your product or issue a store credit (less shipping charges).
 
4- All products bought through DOYLE.CA are genuine and sealed. If you have any problem with our products, please inform us immediately. If the product is determined defective by our manufacturer we will issue a full store credit.
 
5- If your prescription changes and you still have boxes or vials purchased from DOYLE.CA, we will exchange any unexpired and unopened boxes of contacts lenses. Expiration date written on box must be 18 months or more from the exchange date.

 
 
RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURES

To make sure exchanges are done simply and effectively, please follow these 5 easy steps:
1- Call us at 1.888.474.2464 or email us
 
2- Fill out the return form with all necessary details on your desired exchange and how you would like to proceed. Make sure to include your name and the phone number where you can easily be reached
 
3- Package your merchandise in the original box or any other box that will protect sufficiently your product. 
 
4- Include your detailed note, name and phone number in the box
 
5- Mail everything to:

Terms and conditions (Online)

Frames and sunglasses:
Online sale of frames and sunglasses is permitted since such products cannot cause direct harmfull damages to your eyes, while used accordingly.

Prescription lenses:
DOYLE.CA does not sell prescription lenses online. A corrective lens must be measured, installed and adjusted by professionals only. We invite you to contact us for more details.

Contact lenses:
Following certain legislation in your area, the following conditions can apply to you:

Only customers with a valid patient file can benefit from online refurbishing of contact lenses.

1- Only customers with a patient file at DOYLE may order contact lenses online at DOYLE.CA.

2- If the last vision examination or ocular health follow-up was a long time ago, the customer will be informed to visit an eyecare professional to update its file.

3- By completing the order form, you accept shipping of the selected product and you also agree to pay the charges according to the method indicated on your order form. 

4- By completing the online order form, you accept responsibility for the order and all the charges for transactions effected via the website.

5- We reserve the right to refuse to sell a product.
