DOYLE offers eye care professionals a unique entrepreneurial approach to co-owning their eye care boutique through the Doyle Share Ownership Program.
Over the years, we have chosen to create partnerships with an optometrist and an optician in each boutique, because we believe in the combined strength of the two professionals.
The two roles have proven to be complementary for the well-being of the patient.
The owner-partners are very involved in their boutique and enjoy a great deal of autonomy, while being able to benefit from valuable expertise and support from the head office in various areas. It’s truly the best of both worlds!
