Frames and sunglasses
DOYLE accepts to exchange frames and sunglasses within 30 days of delivery of the product. The frames must not have been worn or damaged and must be returned in their original packaging, with a valid proof of purchase. The customer shall assume the risks of loss or damage for any product reshipped to DOYLE.
Once DOYLE has received the product to be exchanged, the Company will proceed rapidly with the exchange according to the customer’s choice, and will adjust the amount according to the applicable shipping charges.
DOYLE accepts to exchange a product one (1) time only.
Ophthalmic lenses
DOYLE accepts to replace lenses, if the customer is not satisfied, within 30 days of delivery of the product. A $30 laboratory charge will apply.
Contact lenses
1. Within 30 days of delivery of the order, the customer may return any box that has not been opened. The product must be in its original condition for the customer to be entitled to a refund. The boxes must be sealed and impeccable, without any written marks, tears or other alterations.
2. After 30 days, the customer may return a sealed box to obtain a credit. The customer must have communicated with DOYLE in advance to obtain the return authorization. If the return is authorized, a gift card for the corresponding value will be issued.
3. After 30 days, the customer may return an unopened box to obtain an exchange. The customer must communicate with DOYLE to obtain the exchange authorization. Once DOYLE has received the product to be exchanged, the Company will proceed with the exchange rapidly according to the customer’s choice, and will adjust the amount according to the applicable shipping charges.
4. All products purchased at doyle.ca are authentic and sealed. If the product presents a problem, the customer shall inform DOYLE immediately. If the product is considered defective by the manufacturer, DOYLE will offer a full credit in-store.
5. In case the customer’s prescription had to change and the customer still has the boxes purchased at doyle.ca, DOYLE will exchange the sealed contact lens boxes. Boxes with an expiry date of less than 18 months will be refused.

Make sure to indicate your last name and first name, the date of purchase, the invoice number and a brief description of your request.
DOYLE undertakes to respond to you within five (5) business days of your request, with the procedure to follow.
NOTE: When an exchange is granted, it is important to return the product in its original box, with all the accessories received with the product (i.e. the case, the cleaning cloth, the certificates of authenticity, etc.), to avoid restocking charges of 5% to 10% of the purchase price. The customer remains responsible for the product up to the destination and shall ensure the product is protected sufficiently against losses or damage that may occur during shipping.
