PURCHASES IN STORE
FRAMES AND SUNGLASSES: DOYLE accepts to exchange frames and sunglasses within 7 days of delivery of the product. The frames must not have been worn or damaged and must be returned in their original packaging with a valid proof of purchase. DOYLE accepts to exchange a product one (1) time only.
OPHTHALMICS LENSES: A deposit covering a reasonable share of the total price billed will be requested by DOYLE before proceeding to make lenses. In the event the customer decides to cancel an order for lenses, the deposit will be kept as damages, only if the lenses are already in production at the lab and/or the order has resulted in expenses and/or losses for DOYLE.
CONTACT LENSES: Any merchandise will remain the property of DOYLE, until the finalized invoice. DOYLE will not be held responsible for any late delivery. THE BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES HAVING READ OBTAINED AND READ A COPY OF THE CONTRACT AND HAVING STUDIED THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THIS CONTRAT.

FRAMES AND SUNGLASSES: DOYLE accepts to exchange frames and sunglasses within 30 days of delivery of the product. The frames must not have been worn or damaged and must be returned in their original packaging, with a valid proof of purchase. The customer shall assume the risks of loss or damage for any product reshipped to DOYLE.
Once DOYLE has received the product to be exchanged, the Company will proceed rapidly with the exchange according to the customer’s choice, and will adjust the amount according to the applicable shipping charges.
DOYLE accepts to exchange a product one (1) time only.
OPHTHALMIC LENSES: DOYLE accepts to replace lenses, if the customer is not satisfied, within 30 days of delivery of the product. A $30 laboratory charge will apply.
CONTACT LENSES: Within 30 days of delivery of the order, the customer may return any box that has not been opened. The product must be in its original condition for the customer to be entitled to a refund. The boxes must be sealed and impeccable, without any written marks, tears or other alterations. After 30 days, the customer may return a sealed box to obtain a credit. The customer must have communicated with DOYLE in advance to obtain the return authorization. If the return is authorized, a gift card for the corresponding value will be issued.
After 30 days, the customer may return an unopened box to obtain an exchange. The customer must communicate with DOYLE to obtain the exchange authorization. Once DOYLE has received the product to be exchanged, the Company will proceed with the exchange rapidly according to the customer’s choice, and will adjust the amount according to the applicable shipping charges.
All products purchased at doyle.ca are authentic and sealed. If the product presents a problem, the customer shall inform DOYLE immediately. If the product is considered defective by the manufacturer, DOYLE will offer a full credit in-store.
In case the customer’s prescription had to change and the customer still has the boxes purchased at doyle.ca, DOYLE will exchange the sealed contact lens boxes. Boxes with an expiry date of less than 18 months will be refused.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND PROCEDURES
Make sure to indicate your last name and first name, the date of purchase, the invoice number and a brief description of your request. DOYLE undertakes to respond to you within five (5) business days of your request, with the procedure to follow.
NOTE: When an exchange is granted, it is important to return the product in its original box, with all the accessories received with the product (i.e. the case, the cleaning cloth, the certificates of authenticity, etc.), to avoid restocking charges of 5% to 10% of the purchase price. The customer remains responsible for the product up to the destination and shall ensure the product is protected sufficiently against losses or damage that may occur during shipping.

FRAMES AND SUNGLASSES: Since they have no direct serious impact on eye health, online sales of frames and sunglasses do not require any approval by one of our professionals.
OPHTHALMIC LENSES: The doyle.ca site sells certain types of ophthalmic lenses directly online, when the parameters allow. It is up to one of our professionals (…) to evaluate whether the order and the customer’s file are complete enough to approve the transaction, in compliance with the laws in force.
CONTACT LENSES: According to the different laws in force in the province or country of origin of the order, the following conditions could apply (...):
Only customers who have a valid file with DOYLE may reorder their contact lenses at doyle.ca.
Only customers who have a valid patient file with DOYLE may order their contact lenses at doyle.ca.
If the time since the last vision examination or eye health checkup has expired, the customer will be informed and invited to update his/her file by visiting a vision professional.
By completing the order form, the customer accepts the shipping conditions of the selected product and accepts (…) to pay the charges, according to the method indicated on the order form.
By completing the online order form, the customer accepts responsibility for the order and all the charges related to the online transactions.
DOYLE reserves the right to cancel any order for professional reasons.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES: Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Custom orders with complex prescriptions (such as toric or multifocal lenses) may take longer as they require direct processing with the manufacturer.
SHIPPING CARRIER & TRACKING: We ship all orders through a trusted carrier, chosen based on your location and shipping requirements. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS – QUÉBEC ONLY: To enhance transaction security and prevent fraud, we now only ship within the province of Québec. Orders outside of Québec will not be fulfilled, except for existing customers. If you are an existing customer requiring shipping outside Québec, please contact our customer service team at 1-888-474-2464 before placing your order.
